Looking For Straight Forward Rugged Reliability?

Then the technologically advanced MillerCondor Series Mechanical Drive sprayers have to be on your must-see list. Featuring a simple, rugged mechanical drive train, you will find that simplicity is the defining characteristic of the Condor sprayers.

For a superior return on investment, consider equipping your Condor A75 with Miller’s Spray-Air air boom system, and enjoy unsurpassed plant canopy penetration and coverage with the most efficient application rates possible. With Miller’s Spray-Air technology, you have fingertip control over your droplet sizes, enabling you to dial-in the optimum spray pattern for a wide range of application types and changing environmental conditions on the fly.

Rugged, reliable, and technologically advanced: proof that your productivity is our business.

Quiet, comfortable, and all operator controls within easy reach.

The Condor features a deluxe 90 Series cab, with easy to use operator controls and enhanced visibility. Ease of operation and operator comfort are a top priority, which is why you will find the cab is quiet, comfortable, and the ride is smooth with the full air-bag suspension. Standard cab features include heat and air conditioning with charcoal filtration, instructional seat and air-suspended deluxe operator’s seat, as well as AM/FM/WX with CD player, and an auxiliary power outlet for additional electronics.

Sight lines to the booms are outstanding with the Deluxe ERV (Enhanced Rear View) Cab, while the “Wasp Waist” hood gives the operator an unobstructed view of the crop and front tires.

The Miller Condor’s ease of use will make your long days seem shorter.

To tackle the most challenging conditions, you have to start with the right engine.

To power the new Condor Series sprayers, we knew we’d need an engine specifically tailored to meet your demanding requirements for reliability, high torque rise, and good fuel economy. The Cummins QSB 6.7 Liter engine does that through the use of a full authority electronic control, High-Pressure Common Rail fuel system.

The Condor A40 features a 240 horse power engine with a power bulge to 250 HP, while the A75 boasts 275 horse power.

You’ll benefit from better performance, higher productivity, improved fuel efficiency, less downtime, and lower operating costs.

Simple, Rugged Mechanical Drive Train Design

To efficiently deliver power to the ground, the Miller Condor Series sprayers use a mechanical drive system, ensuring better performance, higher productivity, improved fuel efficiency, less downtime, and lower operating costs.

The Condor A40 features an Allison 5 speed automatic transmission with speed range to 40 miles per hour, while the A75 features an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with speed range to 45.8 miles per hour.

The heavy duty differential is tucked up into the rear axle, and features a foot operated “On the Go” hydraulic differential lock, transferring power to both rear wheels during adverse conditions. Located outside of the differential are the rear brakes; power/hydraulic dual external calipers on each rotor for exceptional stopping power. Front disc brakes are also standard on the A75, and optional on the A40.

The final drive options include the 42” clearance angle drive shaft on the A40, or the 48” heavy duty cast iron drop boxes that are standard on the A75, and optional on the A40.

The width and capacity to match your operation

Choose from three tank sizes, 850, 1000, and 1200 gallons in either poly or stainless steel and you will have a size to match your productivity. Customize your Condor as you see fit with a broad range of boom options. The mono-beam style boom offers simple, unique ruggedness, while the truss style boom provides outstanding strength for large 120 foot boom sizes in the toughest conditions.

Precision options to maximize your productivity

Your new Nitro can be factory equipped with a wide variety of Raven® controllers and precision farming equipment to help you maximize your application efficiency.

If all you need is deadly accurate spray applications with an easy to use controller, the Raven® SCS460 or SCS4600 consoles are the choice for you. These consoles lend themselves to a future precision upgrade path through their GPS ready serial connections.

If you need professional precision controls, the Raven® Envizio Pro and Viper Pro consoles are the platforms of choice for expanding into multiple product controlling, full mapping and datalogging, AccuBoom automatic boom section control, AutoBoom automatic boom height control, as well as SmarTrax/QuickTrax assisting steering. Miller also offers Raven®’s complete line of DGPS receivers with sub-meter to sub-inch accuracy options.
